Our client is a global market leader in alumni management software, enabling top corporations, government, and military organizations to strengthen and mobilize their alumni networks. Its B2B SaaS platform enhances recruiting, sales, and marketing performance by activating relationships with former employees and integrating seamlessly with major enterprise systems (CRMs, HRIS, and 5,500+ applications).
We are looking for a Senior Customer Implementation Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects from kick-off through go-live and early adoption. This role owns the successful delivery of the platform for enterprise clients, ensuring implementations are on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will act as the bridge between technical capabilities and business value, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, integration, testing, training, launch, early adoption) for enterprise customers.
- Manage multiple B2B SaaS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery.
- Translate customer business goals into platform configuration and structured project deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports using Agile methodologies.
- Oversee technical workstreams including integrations, data migrations, custom features, and special projects.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure resolution of issues prior to launch.
- Deliver training sessions for administrators and key stakeholders.
- Act as the customer’s voice internally, escalating risks, tracking bugs, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships and provide ongoing leadership post-launch.
Core Skills & Environment:
- B2B SaaS Implementations and enterprise onboarding.
- Project Management (Agile frameworks, stakeholder management, risk mitigation).
- Customer-facing communication and executive-level interaction.
- Technical coordination across Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, JSON, and enterprise ecosystems (CRM, HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP).
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years delivering customer-facing implementation or onboarding projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written – mandatory).
- Strong project planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Nice to Have:
- Project Management or Agile certifications.
- Experience working in structured governance or compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to complex enterprise integrations and analytics environments.
Location: Remote from CABA/AMBA (occasional in-person meetups may take place as the team grows)
