Its B2B SaaS platform enhances recruiting, sales, and marketing performance by activating relationships with former employees and integrating seamlessly with major enterprise systems (CRMs, HRIS, and 5,500+ applications).
We are looking for a Head of DevOps, Cloud & Infrastructure to lead infrastructure strategy, architecture and team. This role owns the reliability, security, scalability and cost-efficiency of their multi-regional AWS cloud infrastructure, supporting a white-label platform used by Fortune 50 clients and highly regulated industries. You’ll spend roughly half your time on hands-on technical work and half on people leadership, acting as the bridge between technical infrastructure decisions and business reliability & velocity, partnering closely with the CTO and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, build and maintain scalable, secure, multi-regional cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Own Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, ensuring full reproducibility and auditability.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines across Jenkins and CircleCI, including iOS and Android mobile build systems.
- Manage container orchestration via EC2/ECS/ECR and Kubernetes, with ingress/routing through Traefik.
- Lead observability strategy using Grafana and Prometheus — monitoring, alerting and incident response.
- Drive high availability and disaster recovery planning across regions.
- Ensure infrastructure meets SOC 2, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials+ compliance requirements.
- Implement and maintain the full AWS Security Stack (Inspector, GuardDuty, Security Hub, IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, WAF, etc.).
- Partner with development teams to align infrastructure with application needs and communicate strategy/risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in incident response and establish balanced on-call practices.
Core Skills & Environment:
- Deep AWS cloud infrastructure expertise (multi-regional, production-grade).
- Terraform + Kubernetes + CI/CD (Jenkins & CircleCI).
- Mobile build pipelines (iOS & Android).
- Observability stack: Grafana + Prometheus.
- Full AWS Security Stack and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- FinOps / cost optimization in SaaS environments.
- Team leadership and technical mentoring in DevOps/SRE.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (banking / professional services).
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7+ years designing and operating production cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Proven experience leading or managing DevOps / Infrastructure teams.
- Hands-on expertise with the complete AWS Security Stack.
- Strong Terraform + Kubernetes + CI/CD (Jenkins/CircleCI) background.
- Experience with mobile (iOS/Android) build pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security and compliance (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).
- Prior work in highly regulated industries.
- Fluent English (spoken and written – mandatory).
- Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders and on-call availability.
Nice to Have:
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or Security Specialty).
- Experience with Traefik ingress controller.
- Exposure to GCP or Azure.
- Background scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Application development experience.
Location: 100% Remote from CABA/AMBA (occasional in-person meetups may take place as the team grows)
