We are seeking a Senior React & Node.js Developer to join a team for a key project involving the migration of their client’s existing platform to Microsoft Azure. The solution includes a web portal, batch processes, and a workflow/case management engine. This role will play a crucial part in modernizing the application and ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration in the cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, DevOps, QA, business analysts) to design and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain the web portal using React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Support the migration of existing services and applications to Azure cloud.
- Implement and optimize batch processes and integrations with the workflow/case management engine.
- Work on both frontend and backend development tasks, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers when needed.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English level proficiency (written/spoken)
- Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid experience with Node.js backend development.
- Proficiency in Java for integration and legacy components support. (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
- Knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, CI/CD pipelines) (preferred).
- Experience in application migration or modernization projects.
- Understanding of system architecture, workflows, and case management systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices
